Change your plan
When you change your plan, the following will happen:
If you upgrade to a higher paid plan or switch from monthly to annual billing – Your subscription will be immediately changed, and you will be charged a prorated amount based on the remaining time in the current billing cycle.
If you switch to a lower paid plan or switch from annual to monthly billing – Your subscription will continue on the existing plan until the end of the paid month or year.
For custom enterprise plans, please contact your account manager to help you choose the best plan. For all others, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your LinksGPT account.
2. Click on the account menu in the top right corner.
3. Click on the Upgrade menu.
4. Select the plan you want to subscribe to and click Change Plan or Upgrade button.
5. Check your Plan information, modify your contact information if desired, and click Confirm.
6. Your browser will open the payment page, where you can input your payment information to complete the subscription
7. We will record your payment history, and you can switch plans directly on the “Pricing Plans” page the next time you want to change plans.
Note: If you want to downgrade your plan, but your usage has exceeded the available usage for the plan you want to downgrade to, you will be prevented from downgrading. You must either delete some resources to downgrade or cancel your plan.
After subscribing to a plan, you can view your subscription information and usage, as well as cancel your plan.
Canceling Your Plan
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to all premium features that you have paid for until the end of the current billing cycle. Once your billing cycle ends, your subscription will revert to the free plan.
1. Log in to your Bitly account.
2. Click on the account menu in the top right corner.
3. Click on the Subscription menu.
4. Click on the Cancel Subscription button.
5. You will be taken to a page to confirm the cancellation of your plan. Cancel the plan to complete the cancellation.
